Find your ideal property

Our agents are knowledgeable about the areas and can help you find your perfect home – we have a variety to choose from! Once we are in touch and understand your specific requirements, we’ll show you the most suitable options and accompany you to viewings until you find the ideal match.

Make an offer

Once you are ready to commit, we will ask you to send your offer in writing by email which will be put forward to the seller for review and confirmation.

Final agreement and paperwork

When the seller accepts your offer and we have collected your deposit cheque, both parties must sign the necessary sales contracts as prepared by the agent.

Transfer payment

For cash transactions:

Both buyer and seller must apply for an NOC either online or at the developer’s office depending on the developer’s requirements. This process takes 2 – 7 working days. Following this, the transfer can be completed at the Dubai Land Department.

For financed transactions:

A property valuation by an independent valuer will be initiated by the bank, and upon receipt of the valuation the bank will issue the offer letter. If required, your bank will settle the seller’s outstanding loan and then both seller and buyer can apply for an NOC either online or at the developer’s office depending on the developer’s requirements. This process takes 2 – 7 working days. Following this, the transfer can be completed at the Dubai Land Department.

Final agreement and paperwork

Congratulations – the papers will be exchanged and your property purchase is complete.
